About The Position

Soccer Shots is a non-competitive, character-focused soccer program that introduces the game to children ages 2–8. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We’re looking for part-time coaches who are passionate about working with children and bringing energy and enthusiasm to every session.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Must pass a state background check and FBI fingerprinting.
• Responsible, timely, attentive, safety-conscious, and reliable with your schedule.
• Confident leading groups of 10+ children in a fun, structured environment.
• Outgoing, energetic, and able to connect with young children (ages 2–8).
• Patient and adaptable, flexible when things don’t go as planned and able to keep sessions moving.
• Professional, friendly, and respectful with parents, staff, and partners.
• Team player, collaborative, dependable, and a strong communicator.
• Experience with children is key.
• Must be available for at least one weekend morning (Saturday or Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• Soccer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
