About The Position
Soccer Shots Twin Cities is seeking energetic, reliable, and passionate coaches to positively impact children ages 2-8 through the game of soccer. We provide a fun, age-appropriate curriculum that helps children build confidence, teamwork, and character. We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference in young lives and offer comprehensive training in leadership, communication, and early childhood education. Coaches will operate year-round at various locations across the North and East Metro.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Prior experience in coaching, youth sports, or early childhood education.
- A positive attitude and passion for teaching kids.
- Consistent weekly availability.
- Ability to work morning, evening, and/or Saturday shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with children aged 2-8.
- Knowledge of soccer fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging soccer sessions for children aged 2-8.
- Implement Soccer Shots curriculum in a fun and age-appropriate manner.
- Foster confidence, teamwork, and character development in young players.
- Maintain consistent weekly availability during specified shifts.
- Travel to various coaching locations across the North and East Metro.
