About The Position

Do you love working with kids, leading a team, and creating a fun, safe environment where students can thrive? Join Edina Public Schools' Early Learning and Family Center as a Kids' Club Site Lead! In this role, you'll support and advance Edina Public Schools' mission, vision, and core values by assisting program specialists in the supervision of Kids' Club Leads and helping ensure the safe, smooth operation of the site. You'll play a key role in creating a caring, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, included, and encouraged to grow. As part of the Edina Public Schools community — home to more than 8,500 diverse student learners across our early learning center, elementary schools, middle schools, high school, and virtual pathway program — you'll help carry that same spirit of excellence and inclusion into the Little Kids Club Program, working alongside staff and families to support each child's journey.

Requirements

A high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of related work experience
Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and DHS Certification upon hire or within six months of employment
A passion for working with children and supporting their growth
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
The ability to stay adaptable, attentive to detail, and work independently

Responsibilities

Assist program specialists in the supervision of Kids' Club Leads.
Ensure the safe, smooth operation of the site.
