Requirements

  • Meet California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 5 qualifications for Child Care Site Supervisor.
  • Experience with DRDP assessments.
  • Knowledge of CCR Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 regulations.
  • Current certifications in Pediatric CPR, First Aid, and Mandated Reporter training.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Tech-savviness.
  • Impeccable organization skills.
  • Experience as Site Director for Preschool serving ages infants to 13 years.
  • Professional, confident, and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Fluent in CCR Title 22 Division 12 Chapter 1 Child Care Center General Licensing rules and regulations.
  • Current Certificates: Pediatric CPR and First Aid, Mandated Reporter, Sexual Harassment Training.
  • Clear DSS Background check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, MS Office suite applications and comfortable using technology (computers, tablets, various phone apps).
  • Organized and detail oriented, able to prioritize.
