Preschool & School-Age Instructor (Part-Time) CBK
About The Position
Twist N Flip Gymnastics – Cobleskill is seeking a dependable, patient, and caring Preschool & School-Age Instructor to guide children through structured movement-based activities in a safe and encouraging environment. The role supports children’s physical, social, and emotional development and maintains a consistent, organized, positive class routine. The instructor works collaboratively with a growing team. This part-time position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, for 20–30 hours per week. Pay is $16.50–$20.00 per hour, based on experience. Requirements
- Experience working with children, whether formal or informal; parenting, caregiving, teaching, and coaching experience count.
- Must be 18 years or older due to the responsibilities of supervising children and program requirements.
- Reliability and consistency.
- Patience and attentiveness, recognizing that every child learns differently.
- Teamwork and communication.
- Attention to detail and safety.
- A genuine interest in helping children grow and succeed.
Nice To Haves
- Background in sports, fitness, or movement is helpful but not required.
