About The Position

Teaching is more than a job. It’s an opportunity to foster curiosity, creativity and compassion in children—all while helping them develop a lifelong love of learning. As a Preschool Pathways Teacher at Kelliwood, you’ll create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children’s confidence and independence. You’ll help guide these little ones through small group instruction as they grow their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information. You'll also aid students in the potty training process so they become fully independent.

Requirements

Ability to help students develop life skills like using the restroom independently.

Responsibilities

Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child.

Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
