About The Position

Primrose Preschool at Holly Grove is looking for loving teachers for PreK and Toddlers. We support our teachers with 3 full-time teachers in every room, offering supportive ratios. The school has 4 full-time front office staff and an engaged, supportive owner. A structure is in place to ensure teachers are fully supported and respected by management and families when facing challenges. Requirements

Must have a pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
Ability to interact and guide students of all ages and skill levels.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday.

Nice To Haves

Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility is not required but are a plus.
Prefer to have or working on getting NC Early Childhood Credentials (EDU 119).

Responsibilities

A passion for working with your specific age group is a must.
Supports communication with parents at the end of the day regarding their child.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
Supervises and manages daily functions for a class of children.
Observes all North Carolina rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children.
