About The Position

Spring Education Group, a multi-brand education network with approximately 220 schools, is seeking a creative and passionate Preschool Teacher for Chesterbrook Academy. The preschool program focuses on a balance of learning and play, helping children develop academic and social skills for Pre-K and beyond. As a Preschool Teacher, the role involves inspiring curiosity, nurturing confidence, and creating engaging learning experiences. The teacher will design and deliver lessons promoting exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking, encourage independence and collaboration through play-based learning, build strong relationships with children and families, and partner with colleagues to foster an inclusive classroom environment. The position supports the school community through teamwork and a shared passion for excellence.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare center
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality
• Authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
