About The Position

O2B Kids, part of O2B Early Education, started in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and has expanded across Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama, and Minnesota, with more locations planned. The company is hiring for its new Bluestone Drive location, scheduled to open in June 2024. Candidates have the option for an earlier start date at an existing location or to wait until closer to the new location's opening. Given the numerous centers in the region, O2B Kids aims to match applicants with the best position and center based on their location, desired role, schedule, and age preferences, considering experience, credentials, interests, and location. The application process includes an interview to determine the best fit. Possible positions include Infant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, Lead Preschool Teacher, PreK Lead Teacher, School-Age Counselor, Receptionist, and Cafe/Nutrition Specialist. Locations include Bluestone Drive, Lake St. Louis, Overland, West Columbia, East Columbia, O'Fallon, and St. Charles, MO.

Requirements

  • Training and experience is preferred, but we are a willing to train and support education through scholarships
  • Specific credentials may be required for some positions
  • CDA, Associates Degree, or higher (preferred but not required)
  • CPR/First Aid
  • Experience working with children 0-13 years-old (preferred but not required)
  • Willing to train!

Responsibilities

  • Work Monday - Friday for full time employment
