About The Position

The Village Learning Center is seeking qualified Lead Teachers who have a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of young children. We are looking for individuals with an unwavering passion for providing children with an exceptional early learning experience, and who are full of energy, compassion, and a genuine love for impacting the lives of children. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
• A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
• Associate's Degree in ECE or Child Development
• 6 ECE credits AND 9 credits in either education, psychology, health care, nursing, or any field related to child growth and development
• CDA
• CCP
• Group Teacher endorsement from the NJ Registry for Childhood Professionals
