About The Position
The Learning Experience – Franklin is hiring a dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to guide and inspire young learners in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Our preschool classrooms are designed to spark creativity, build independence, and foster a lifelong love of learning. We’re seeking an ECE-certified teacher who is passionate about helping children reach developmental milestones while delivering a high-quality early education experience at one of the most trusted preschools and childcare centers in Franklin, Massachusetts.
Requirements
- ECE certification required in Massachusetts.
- At least 6 months of preschool teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
- Deep understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a preschool classroom for children ages 3–4.
- Deliver The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum, focusing on language, social, and cognitive development.
- Create an inclusive and structured learning environment where each child can thrive.
- Build strong partnerships with parents through consistent communication and progress updates.
- Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive, team-driven culture.
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and safety policies.
