About The Position

O2B Kids is hiring for multiple positions across three Fargo locations, including Preschool Teacher, Infant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, Receptionist, and Bus Driver. The company is willing to train and support education through scholarships, though some positions may require specific credentials.

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old (preferred but not required)
• CDA, Associates Degree, or higher (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Work Monday - Friday for full time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
