The Learning Experience in Zephyrhills is opening soon and hiring passionate Lead Teachers for our Three-Year-Old classroom to help launch our brand-new childcare center. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to meet Florida childcare licensing requirements
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Employment is contingent upon passing a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, daycare, or early learning environment
- CDA Credential
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Experience as a Preschool Teacher, Childcare Teacher, Daycare Teacher, Toddler Teacher, Early Childhood Educator, or Lead Teacher
Responsibilities
- Lead a Three-Year-Old or Preschool (3-Year-Old) classroom
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.® Curriculum
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Foster independence, creativity, and kindergarten readiness skills
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
- Observe and track developmental progress and classroom activities
- Maintain compliance with Florida licensing and safety standards
- Mentor Assistant Teachers and contribute to overall classroom success
