About The Position

Cedars Preschool, part of the O2B Early Education family, is seeking passionate early childhood leaders for current and future openings across metro Atlanta. This is an opportunity for experienced Preschool Directors and emerging leaders ready to advance their careers. A Director-in-Training program with mentorship is also available for those aspiring to a director role. The ideal candidate thrives in a positive environment, enjoys coaching, and is motivated by growth opportunities.

Requirements

• CDA, TCC or Equivalent
• Active Georgia Directors Credential
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
• Management experience

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and parent meetings
• Recruit, hire, and schedule staff to maintain proper staffing
• Uphold all Georgia licensing (DECAL) requirements
• Lead staff training, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Grow and maintain center enrollment
• Partner with regional leadership and attend corporate director trainings and meetings
