Requirements

Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred)
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

Ensure that all staff adhere to TLE policies and procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
Train, mentor, and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management and in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning.
Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.
Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a strong, positive learning environment for children and staff.
Partner with leadership to support center goals and enrollment growth by engaging with prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program.
Help organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
Communicate effectively with families regarding curriculum and child development.
Step into classrooms as needed to support staff and maintain ratios.
