Requirements

  • Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
  • We value your experience in daycare or preschool settings and encourage you to apply.

Nice To Haves

  • Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred)
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all staff adhere to TLE policies and procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management and in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning.
  • Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a strong, positive learning environment for children and staff.
  • Partner with leadership to support center goals and enrollment growth by engaging with prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program.
  • Help organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding curriculum and child development.
  • Step into classrooms as needed to support staff and maintain ratios.
