Preschool Center Assistant Director

We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Center Director. Requirements
- Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
- Experience in daycare or preschool settings
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred)
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Center Director in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain high quality teachers and staff who are committed to our mission and values.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Ensure that the center is delivering high-quality programs and services that meet the evolving needs of children and families.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child’s learning and development.
- Support the Center Director in managing the center’s budget and financial planning and ensure that expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the center’s programs and services and seek out opportunities for growth and expansion
