About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in early childhood education, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood curriculum design and child development principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff and lead teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards for early childhood education centers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all center staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and motivating employees to maintain a high standard of care and education.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee age-appropriate early childhood curriculum and educational programs that align with developmental best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to health, safety, and education standards within the center.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents and families, addressing concerns, providing updates, and fostering a collaborative community environment.
  • Oversee the center’s daily operations including budgeting, scheduling, facility maintenance, and resource management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
