We are seeking an experienced, responsible, nurturing Teacher for a full time, 40 hour opening. This position would teach a part time Preschool group and work with our Before and After School students.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in a licensed child care center.
• Candidates with a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential will be considered.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Associates or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or a related field is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate educational curriculum and activities
• Individualize teaching practices and strategies to support diverse learners
• Maintain strong classroom management using positive guidance strategies
• Communicate effectively and partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children
• Provide a nurturing, engaging, safe environment for children ages 6 weeks - 9 years old
