About The Position
Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking an Assistant Teacher – Head Start who believes that nurturing relationships and high-quality early learning set the stage for lifelong success. In this role, you’ll work alongside a Lead Teacher to support a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom for children ages 3–5. You’ll help bring lessons to life, support daily routines, and foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You’ll also partner with families, collaborate with your classroom team, and support children with diverse needs.
