About The Position

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma/GED
• CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (for Teacher roles)
• 6–12 months experience in a licensed childcare/preschool setting (for Teacher roles)
• 12–24 months experience with children under 3 in a licensed setting (for Infant/Toddler Caregiver roles)
• Infant/Toddler training (can be provided)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate)

Nice To Haves

• Limited Aide positions are available for those who need to complete training to meet PATCH Caregiver qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for Infants & toddlers or preschool‑aged children.
• Support social, emotional, language, and early academic development through play‑based, developmentally appropriate learning.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families to support each child’s growth.
• Bring creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to a collaborative, child‑centered school culture.
