About The Position

As a Presales Systems Engineer Intern, you will partner closely with customers and the sales team to deliver customer-driven, world-class, leading-edge, end-to-end solutions that address the communications and situational awareness challenges our customers face. Working within a team of sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources, you will be the overall owner of the solutions' technical design, ensuring customer needs are met. You will work within the engineering team to deliver these solutions, focusing on mission-critical communications technologies such as public safety grade mobile voice and data networks, advanced mobile devices, public safety mobile broadband networks and devices, software applications for mission critical intelligence, integrated command and control systems (Next Generation 9-1-1 Dispatch Consoles, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)), and intelligence-led public safety solutions including real-time video and data analytics.

Requirements

High School Diploma required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an expected graduation date during or after December 2027
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
General knowledge of IT network and computer architecture
A positive attitude with a can-do mentality that enables you to be creative, resourceful and deliver results
Strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
