About The Position

Join the Everseen Go-To-Market Team as a PreSales Engineer and become the technical storyteller for our customers. Your focus will be on understanding our clients' unique challenges and crafting solutions that deliver their desired outcomes. You will connect with customers by demonstrating the power of Everseen’s technology and using data from trials and pilots to highlight its impact and potential. Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical sales, presales or solution engineering roles working with enterprise level customers and on SaaS based products, solutions or services.
  • Knowledge of and interest in AI and its use in retail. A keen interest in Everseen’s solutions and a technical acumen to understand the features and functions that we offer. Knowledge and experience of the retail market.
  • A true passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience. Demonstrated success in positioning, presenting and demonstrating new products and features.
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer culture, needs and requirements in the North American region.
  • Experience of advanced data analytics.
  • Experience of forecasting and tracking key account metrics in a business development team. A drive to meet and exceed targets and goals.
  • Experience of developing relationships, communicating and working with customers at a technical level.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills, Everseen’s business language is English.

Nice To Haves

  • There is an expectation of travel with this role including travel to meet with customers and to work with the Everseen team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical components of the sales process, ensuring a seamless and informed sales journey.
  • Engage directly with customer CTOs and technical leaders to build trust and instill confidence in our solution’s capabilities and fit.
  • Work collaboratively with others in the sales team to define tailored technical solutions that align with customer needs and business goals. Help drive the sales process in partnership with the Go-To-Market team.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on our product, delivering deep technical insight, and advice on the data insights gained.
  • Provide technical expertise through presentations, solutions designs, demonstrations and proof of concepts via various mediums. Provide ongoing technical consultation, addressing complex questions and objections with authority and clarity.
  • Translate customer requirements into solution architecture, clearly articulating how our platform solves real-world problems and the insights it generates.
  • Provide excellent customer service anticipating and meeting the needs of the customer head on.
  • Work collaboratively with the Go-To-Market, Operations, Engineering and Product teams to document and improve best practice and processes. Engage in and continuously provide knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up to date with all new developments in Everseen’s technology, Computer vision, Gen AI, and the wider retail technology space.
