About The Position
The Presales Customer Service Representative role consists of creating brand awareness, distributing flyers and potential leads for the facility. Also ensuring all members, guests, and prospective members receive top-notch customer service. Here at Crunch Fitness, we strive to cultivate a culture of diversity, acceptance, empowerment, and fun. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/AED certification (required)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional attitude
- Upbeat and positive personality
- Efficient and effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
- Pass drug screening
- Background check
