Requirements
- 0-3+ years of prequalification, proposal development or related experience
- High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented individual
- Ability to enter data quickly with a high rate of accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite desired but not required
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and submit proposal and qualification packages, ensuring they are completed with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Work closely with executives, project managers, estimators and other internal and external business partners to develop proposal content for large or complex projects.
- Respond to requests for proposals.
- Organization of prequalification documents.
- Developing and recording templates for quick responses.
