Position Summary: Prepare all final files for press and support pressroom as needed while following all safety and quality control standards. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm Rate: $23.00 - $30.25 Based on experience Ensure all outgoing proofs match customers’ requests while following all safety and quality control standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shift
  • Ability to occasionally carry and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend and reach for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to pass color differentiation test and maintain that capability
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions
  • High levels of mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read a ruler metric and standard
  • Position may require some mathematical calculations
  • Must have general knowledge of manufacturing operations
  • Ability to read and understand technical press layouts, set up instructions and production instructions
  • Ability and initiative to learn
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of department’s safety standards
  • Ability to meet department quality standards
  • Ability to work as a team and individually
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2 Years of previous printing experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that production goals are met and perform other duties as needed
