The purpose of the PFD Supervisor is to assist the PFD Manager by ensuring each shift is run with an eye toward quality, training and stocking of perishable products to meet department objectives for sales, margin, turns, labor and customer service. To ensure a clean, growing, and well maintained department with exceptional quality and consistency. Our Supervisors build and lead highly effective teams by setting clear expectations and providing the training, feedback and tools for the team to succeed. You’ll know you’re doing a great job when production goals and store conditioning standards are always met and then exceeded through systems development and high productivity.
