The purpose of the PFD Supervisor is to assist the PFD Manager by ensuring each shift is run with an eye toward quality, training and stocking of perishable products to meet department objectives for sales, margin, turns, labor and customer service. To ensure a clean, growing, and well maintained department with exceptional quality and consistency. Our Supervisors build and lead highly effective teams by setting clear expectations and providing the training, feedback and tools for the team to succeed. You’ll know you’re doing a great job when production goals and store conditioning standards are always met and then exceeded through systems development and high productivity. Requirements

  • 1-3 years' of kitchen supervisory and customer service experience
  • Exceptional food safety knowledge and application
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
  • Ability to stand, twist, squat and bend throughout the workday
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Weekend, holiday and night availability required

Nice To Haves

  • A pastry/culinary degree or certification
  • Experience with vegetarian and vegan cuisine
  • Experience with catering and high volume fast paced food production
  • Consistent follow-through on communications and deadlines
