About The Position

The Prep Technician position is essential in ensuring products are properly prepared for painting, contributing to high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. This role involves various tasks related to the preparation of satellite antenna components, including cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in auto body repair or painting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
