About The Position
Looking for an experienced Prep Technician to work in a clean and well organized Label manufacturer in southern New Jersey. This is a day shift position. Work hours are 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years experience
- Mechanical background
- Minimal Computer skills
- Self-driven
- Understanding the principles behind printing
- Understanding Pre-press needs required to keep the presses running
Responsibilities
- Mount Flexo plates and rotary Screens for Gallus Flexo presses.
- Following workflow of Process
- Prepare/ Mount and tear down of plates and screens
- Maintain print component inventory
- Perform regular PM (Preventive Maintenance) on equipment
