Employee will be responsible for inspecting and weighing all raw materials for each batch. This includes assembling/disassembling equipment needed for ingredient preparation, setting up and calibrating scales, and inspecting ingredients for cleanliness, accuracy, integrity, allergens, and ingredient labels. The role involves properly weighing and preparing ingredients according to SOP and batch sheets, labeling v-mags and barrels with ingredients, weight, and batch information, and completing batch sheets with weights and ingredient lot information. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Spice Room Lead, Production Line Lead, or Production Supervisor. Adherence to plant GMPs and safety guidelines is required.
