About The Position

Inn at Bay Harbor is a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel nestled on the shoreline of Lake Michigan. It is a place and experience that is Exactly Like Nothing Else. This is a full-time seasonal position (starting June 1st and ending October 30th) for a candidate looking for a fun, dynamic, working environment in a professional prep kitchen! Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Be able to work on feet for 6-9 hours per shift

Responsibilities

Maintains adequate amount of prepared food by following menu requirements for foods needed in advance of service to guests.
Maintain a clean and safe work area by following all proper food handling procedures and equipment safety standards.
Maintain good interpersonal relations by fostering a spirit of cooperation.
Flexible working hours. Some job sharing may be required.
Other duties as assigned.
