About The Position

The Prep Cook Lead should be someone who has engaging communication skills, a genuine passion and knowledge of our menu offerings, a willingness to assist and collaborate within a team, a great focus on guest service, and lives and shares Life Alive's values and mission. This role involves preparing recipes according to standard procedures, stocking and preparing stations for service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the station, ensuring high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation, and following food and personal safety regulations. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, perform tasks such as reaching and grasping overhead, lifting and carrying items weighing 50+ lbs, and standing on their feet for 8+ hours a day.
