Requirements

• Reliable and able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment
• Organized with strong time management skills
• Detail oriented with a focus on consistency and quality
• Positive respectful and team oriented
• Able to follow directions and kitchen procedures
• Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
• Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
• Frequently lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds food supplies and equipment
• Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting
• Work safely in a fast paced kitchen environment
• Handle knives equipment and cleaning chemicals safely
• Maintain stamina and focus during peak service hours

Nice To Haves

• Previous kitchen or prep cook experience
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Wash chop slice and portion food items
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Label date and store food properly using FIFO methods
• Maintain a clean organized and stocked workstation
• Support the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Assist with basic cooking tasks as needed
