The Prep Cook is responsible for following recipes to prepare and portion menu items. The company's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, which they call 'The Maggiano's Way'. Maggiano's Little Italy is part of Brinker International, a company known for casual dining, good food, good times, and great places to work.
