About The Position

Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following our recipes to prepare and portion menu items. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food and dedicated to providing a high-quality dining experience. This role is part of a fast-paced kitchen environment where teamwork and commitment to excellence are essential.

Requirements

• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items (e.g., hoisting heavy plates of Mom's Lasagna).

• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.
