As Team Members of the Food and Beverage team, Prep Cooks are CRCR Ambassadors and take personal ownership to ensure all their actions are in the best interest of the business. Prep Cooks are responsible for all basic cooking tasks, such as preparing produce, soups, sauces, and proteins used in dining outlets. Prep Cooks assist the Chef and Line Cooks, ensuring all ingredients are ready to be cooked.
