Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following our recipes to prepare and portion menu items. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food and dedicated to providing a high-quality dining experience. Requirements

  • Experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (e.g., plates of lasagna).
