Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following our recipes to prepare and portion menu items. Maggiano's Little Italy, part of Brinker International, is known for pioneering casual dining and creating a special dining experience centered around family and friends. The company emphasizes a culture of helping others, supporting organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank, and assisting employees through the Brinker Family Fund. The kitchen team, including Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Cooks, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers, operates scratch kitchens with professionalism and dedication, consistently delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, whether for special occasions or everyday guests.
