Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following our recipes to prepare and portion menu items. The company's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way". Brinker International, the parent company, pioneered casual dining and operates thousands of restaurants, including Maggiano's Little Italy, which is described as a slice of Italian American tradition. The Kitchen team, including Prep Cooks, runs scratch kitchens with professionalism and delivers culinary works of art.
