About The Position
Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following our recipes to prepare and portion menu items. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way." Brinker International, founded by Norman Brinker, pioneered casual dining and is the name behind good food, good times, and great places to work. Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a slice of Italian American tradition. The Kitchen team, including Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Cooks, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers, runs scratch kitchens with professionalism and a fast pace, consistently delivering culinary works of art. This team is energized by creative inspiration from the culinary team in Dallas and is dedicated to excellence in a fast-paced environment, whether preparing for special occasions or large events.
