About The Position
Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following our recipes to prepare and portion menu items. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way". Brinker International, founded by Norman Brinker, pioneered casual dining and is the name behind good food, good times, and great places to work. Maggiano's is described as a slice of Italian American tradition. The company is committed to helping others, hosting special events, and supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund. The Kitchen team, including Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Cooks, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers, runs scratch kitchens with professionalism and a fast pace, consistently delivering dishes inspired by the culinary team in Dallas. It is a fast-paced environment requiring dedication and commitment to excellence for various events.
