About The Position
Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following our recipes to prepare and portion menu items. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about bringing people together to celebrate the love of family and friends. This role is part of a culinary team that operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring dedication and commitment to excellence. The kitchen team is described as the culinary equivalent of a great bottle of Cabernet—it just gets better with time. They run scratch kitchens with the fast pace and professionalism of any celebrity chef restaurant, consistently delivering works of art to the tables of every Guest. This team is all in, whether preparing food for a special couple on Valentine's Day or for a large event like a wedding.
