About The Position
Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following recipes to prepare and portion menu items at Maggiano's Little Italy. Maggiano's, part of Brinker International, is known for pioneering casual dining and creating an Italian American tradition. The company's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, a philosophy they call 'The Maggiano's Way'. They are committed to helping others through special events and community support, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank, and also support their own employees through the Brinker Family Fund. The kitchen team, which includes Prep Cooks, is described as running scratch kitchens with professionalism and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering works of art to guests.
