About The Position
Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way." Maggiano’s Little Italy is part of Brinker International, which pioneered the idea of “casual dining” and is known for good food, good times, and great places to work. The company emphasizes community involvement, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund to help employees in need.
