Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following our recipes to prepare and portion menu items. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following 'The Maggiano's Way'. Brinker International, the parent company, pioneered casual dining. Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a slice of Italian American tradition. The company emphasizes sharing success and helping others, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund.
