About The Position
Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Prep Cook to prepare made-from-scratch food according to the company’s legendary standards and recipes. The role involves reading prep sheets, keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized, properly maintaining and using equipment, following storage and rotation procedures, maintaining safety and sanitation practices, and working as part of a team. Roadies are paid weekly.
