About The Position

Deschutes Brewery is hiring for a part-time prep cook at our Bend pub! We are a fun, full-service kitchen that delivers high quality food, beer and experiences to our guests and staff. We are looking for new co-owners who are eager to work in a fun environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years previous experience in a full-service kitchen.
• Morning and weekend availability is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with specific kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of different culinary styles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and stocking of kitchen supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
