About The Position
The Food Prep Cook is a great entry-level opportunity for you! You’ll gain on the job experience in cold food prep, keeping a sanitary workspace, and assisting the cooks and chefs in the kitchen!
Requirements
- High-school diploma.
- Capable of thinking on their feet.
- Able to keep up in high-pressure situations.
Nice To Haves
- Previous F&B experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all food items according to recipe cards and correct handling procedures.
- Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas.
- Make sure that all stations are properly cleaned at end of shift.
- Use leftovers and maintain proper storage of leftovers on the hot food side.
