About The Position
The Runner is an excellent answer for those who can’t sit still, hate the idea of sitting at a desk all day, and want to get their start in the Food and Beverage industry. With your capable hands, you’ll provide both excellent service to our guests and support to our service staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Capable of thinking on their feet.
- Able to keep up in high-pressure situations.
Nice To Haves
- Previous food and beverage experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables.
- Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
- Monitor and maintain table settings by removing dishes as they are completed, replenish drinks and utensils, clean spills and attend to guest requests.
- Support and collaborate with service staff by setting up and replenishing condiments, assist with delivering food, retrieve supplies as required, and organize and clean all stations.
