About The Position
Barracuda is a busy, high-volume restaurant offering outdoor dining and takeout, specializing in high-quality tacos on fresh tortillas. The restaurant emphasizes simple preparation, accessible pricing, and fostering fun, memorable experiences for a diverse community. As a team member, you will provide customers with an exceptional and consistent experience by upholding Barracuda's standards for service, product quality, and cleanliness. This specific position is a full-time Prep Cook role, focused on back-of-house operations, and requires availability for morning shifts starting at 6 am on weekends, including Sundays.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.

Responsibilities
